Hi, I'm Bailey Sumner

I'm a CPDT-KA certified dog trainer and the founder of Bails & Tails NW. With over five years of experience in Portland — including time as head trainer at Sniff Dog Hotel — I've dedicated my career to helping dogs and their people communicate better.

My journey started when I trained my own service dog. That experience sparked a passion I couldn't ignore. Today I use positive, compassionate methods that are both effective and enjoyable for every dog and owner I work with.

Day Training

per 60-min session

Your pup gets picked up and dropped off at a set location. Training takes place at dog-friendly spots like public parks, pet stores, or hardware stores — building real-world confidence and skills.
